I just wanted to let Coach Miles know that i am greatfull for the leadership he has shown on the team this year and thank him for his hard work. There is a lot of pressure that goes with the money these Coaches get and i can tell you Coach Miles earned every cent of his salary this year. I am proud of the team and Coaches for not only the way they performed but the class they have shown in such adverse circumstances. Every one can be happy when things are going great but when times are tough and you see the charachter this team has shown then you know that it is a priviledge to be represented by such good people. 11-2 and a Peach Bowl Victory. What a great season and i just wanted to thank everyone involved in making it happen. There are so many people that put it on the line every single day that make a program work. Having worked as a football manager when i was in college i know how many people who are not in the spotlight that put in numerous hours to help the team and coaches be successfull. I would like to thank them too. I will save that for another thread sometime but i would just like to thank everyone involved for a great year and i think we are all looking forward to finishing out a great recruiting class and the prospects of a great year next year.

Ditto, but CLM could you buy me some Lee Press on Nails. It seems I bit all of my nails to the quick with so many close games! But a 'W' is a 'W' and I am glad we have 11 of them! Hats off for you(literally) for a great year! Next year has got to be easier!
Very appropriate. I bag on him too, without giving him enough of a chance. If the saying "never follow a better act" is valid, he's got a tremendous job in front of him. Now, I'm not definite he is following a better act. However, until he wins a NC or two, it will be assumed. The legend of Saban will grow and grow as years go by. It'll be worse than any fish story. I forsee him making as big of a dent in the NFL. My point is that he's done a nice job all things considered and until we see otherwise, should receive the support of the LSU faithful.
