My wife and I made the trip to Baton Rouge this weekend and other than our poor performance on the field had a great time. You are the best football fans I have ever been around. Thanks to all the people who invited us into their tailgates as we made our way to the RV in Touchdown Village that our friends were at. We were treated exceptionally well and did not have one person say anything worse than tiger bait to us. That was special. I ahve been to many games in other universities and yours is first class all the way. It is college football the way it is meant to be. My wife and friends could not get over your hospitality. I can only hope that I will have the opportunity to return the favor someday in Blacksburg. You have beautiful facilities and a great group of fans. I apologize that we could not give you a better game to prepare for the SEC with but I am sure that you will do just fine. I have always rooted for LSU to win the SEC and now I know why. Thanks again and if I ever get the opportunity to come to Baton Rouge again I will be there. Good luck and I will be waiting to see you play USC for the MNC. A grateful Hokie!!!
