I have been through a few of these unwanted coach-moves-on situations, always suffering in silence and alone till the word came. This one with Saban, while the most difficult because of how good we know the coach is, has been made MUCH MORE BEARABLE because of TigerForum, the communication medium of the internet, the information some of you can share, and most of all, BECAUSE OF THE INTEREST, ENTHUSIASM, AND GOOD HUMOR of the membership of this board. Thanks for making this trying time more bearable. This is especially true for us Tiger fans living outside the homeland, where you can't just go comiserate with your neighbor!
I'd substitute the humor and instead be in the company of a bunch of a-holes if it meant that Saban would stay with us. Just kidding. I know what you mean. This forum has really become my haven during all of this.
Tigerforums has become a drug... I work 1:30 till 10pm. I spend the entire time I'm at work hitting refresh. "WHAT'S NEW?? WHAT'S NEW??" When I wake up in the morning, I log on to make sure nothings changed. My friends sit around, read ESPN and fake stories from other sites with no idea what's going on... I may not know exactly what's going on, but I've got a better idea than them and get to talk/read about it, which comforts me and lets me sleep better at night. Last year, I was the runt of LSU sports knowledge among my friends but am moving up to the top!
