1. LSU beats Bama at home
    Bama beats Auburn at home
Bama beats Mississippi State at home
Ole Miss beats Mississippi State at home

All 5 teams win the remainder of their games not listed.

    Good grief.
  2. and, none of that seems that farfetched individually, but in totality, it is unlikely.

  3. Geez. Three home wins and Ole Miss upsetting State could actually happen.

No SEC teams in the playoffs would pretty much spell the end of the playoff committee credibility. Especially if the SEC West dominates 7 bowl game opponents. They can't just count the wins.
  4. that would be correct on both points
  5. LSU beating bama is the toughest domino to fall. but then it begins.

  6. the bowl thing wont happen. you'll have a bunch of disinterested sec teams in this scenario.

  7. I have looked at the tie breaking rules and cannot figure out any winner in this scenario. They discuss a simultaneous 3 way tie coin flip. I am still wondering where they are going to get a 3 headed coin.

Btw, Florida beating Georgia was huge for LSU and Alabama. Bad for Auburn.

Kentucky and Florida are our newest best friends at this point.

Kentucky unfortunately lost to Missouri tonight.

  9. Highly
  10. Not sure if I would consider it much of an upset for Ole Miss to beat MSU at Ole Miss.

MSU was not impressive tonight. The pressure of an undefeated is getting to them just a bit.

As Tirk said, the first big domino to fall is LSU beating Bama. All bets are off if that happens.
