Kind of like when Houston Nutt told his ARK team 2 years ago that the beginning of the game would be the toughest part to weather. He said "I need 5 good minutes out of this team today" Turned out that they did play well for 5 minutes and then LSU opened a big can of whoop-ass on them. Seriously, I know that this thread is a joke and the UT loss still hurts, but I think that this coaching staff will be just fine. The more I read Les's comments and take notice of his passion for this game, the more I like him. LSU will win a bunch of games under HCLM, they will also lose some. Ever since LSU won the NC, some of our fans have been a lot more critical of the team and coaches. Then, to stir up the pot a little more, Saban leaves and LSU hires a new coach that is in a no-win situation with the fans. If he wins it all, people will say that he did it with Saban's talent. If he looses, people say he should win with Saban's talent, so therefore he is a bad coach. That being said, there was no excuse for the loss to Tenn with a 21 point lead. BUT, IT IS HISTORY NOW... The coaches and players seem to be correcting a lot of the mistakes that were made early on. I am ready to look toward future games and give the coach a break. Prediction: LSU 31 - FLA 17
