    I know this may be nitpicking, but we should be # 1. They are cgharging our D with the TD that was scored on the Flynn int yesterday. Take away those 6 pts, and we take over the #1 spot.

    Yes, but have those other highly ranked teams given up some scores on returns as well.? Or had their O turn the ball over deep in their own redzone. Those stats can be misleading in several ways.

    I'm OK with taking a ding on the TD if it helps shut up the fools that want to see him as the starter.

    That's definitely a possibility. But, you can still penalize a D if they give up the score, even if the offense did turn it over inside the 20. I don't know how many TD's those other tams gave up via return.

    Well, how many points would have been scored against LSU if the first teams were playing late into all of the games.
