It looked to me like after the bobbled snap in the 1st series, JJ just came un-glued.

He looked anxious, and shell-shocked from that point on.

All of a sudden, everything he had learned, all his skills left him, and his only recourse was to tuck and run.

You could see the receivers downfield throwing their hands up, incredulous that he couldn't pick them out and throw to them.

    Sad

JJ will be flipping burgers at a Sonic somewhere in a month. I don't think any NFL teams will pick him up now.

. . . and yet Coach Miles never wavered in his faith for JJ's ability to win.

I think he has looked shell shocked all year..even those glorious moments when he was riding the pine!

No doubt his want for the win was ever present.

Why is everyone so surprised by JJ's performance?
Really guys he has sucked for 4 years.

Since he arrival LSU has been ranked in the lowest statistical categories of offense in the SEC.
This year it was hidden more due to a defense that was for the ages.
But this is not new. Jefferson has been the worst QB to ever wear an LSU uniform and to boot has has a terrible attitude and demeanor.
But i told my buddies on bourbon street, I am worried because JJ is our QB and he is one of the worst QB's in D1 football. Bama knows that.

Jefferson may well be in jail or on probation in a month. He still has a trial ahead of him . . . facing a jury in Baton Rouge . . . :rolleye33:

Not all of a sudden...Jefferson has been like that his entire career, if he has pressure on him his mind goes blank and he panicks....nothing new from last night.

Jefferson is a gifted athlete and could have added 30 pounds and been a prototype tight end. But he's has never had the mental agility to play quarterback at this level. Never.
