    Not sure if anyone is interested, but Jim Hawthorne, The Voice of the LSU! Tigers, has a new book coming out the middle of next week. It's called, The Man Behind the Voice. It has a CD in the back with over 25 of his favorite calls from baseball, basketball, and football! I just found the website, www.hawthornebook.com if anyone else is interested! Check it out and let me know what you think!! It looks good to me! :thumb:

    What a huge coincidence that LSU4ME joined at the very same time that Hawthorne's book was released! And what an even bigger coincidence that his first post is about the book! What are the odds?

    i love the guy....he isnt as accurate as he could be but oh well...everytime i hear that voice i smile.
