This is a poorly coached team. No other way around it.

This was a total team loss players and coaches alike. Not one sigle position on the field played solid today, not the OL, DL, DB, LB ,kickers and so on. The coaching staff did not prepare this team to play and had absolutely no answers for anything Gawga threw at them. There are miles and miles to go before this team can even see the top of the mountain much less reach it and improvement must be made across the board with players and coaches. However I wouldn't say "This is an EXTREMELY POORLY coached team." I would say "Sloppy, poor fundamentals and soft" and coaching should have an affect on that. Bad bad day in LSU land today.

this is the dumbest thread I have ever read. Poorly coached. We have a coach who took a doormat to 2 SEC titles and National Title.

LSU took a beating, Lord knows we have dished out a few.

Saban is God, we are lucky to have him as a coach. and yes he IS the best coach is the SEC...

    I am out of here....

Lets hope they are better prepared next week because next Saturday could be similar to today.
    But
The coaches can only do so much its up to the players to execute and make plays.

Lets remember these are the same coaches that brought us 2 SEC Championships and a NC in other words Dinardo's still @ IU!

Ditto that. How quick everyone becomes an "expert" on 'all' our ills. Saban is still the Coach that won two SEC titles and oh yeah the NATIONAL TITLE just last January. We will be back, keep the faith.

No matter how poorly we played today . . . I don't see how all of this can be laid on Randall. I really don't get it. Do people around here hate him that much, that they can lay this total team loss on just one player? I just don't think that is fair.

    Yeah, I agree with you

Let's give the NC Crystal back :dis:

Hey, we got our butts kicked ... we couldn't execute well and lost in the trenches ... where it counts ... GA executed ... as well as I've ever seen them play

You wanna get on Randall ... look at his stats for this game ...

Did he throw any picks? Did he fumble 4 times?

Was he in the secondary when Greene was making the throws

Did he alow all that rushing yardage 221 yards

The OL didn't get it done ... look at the rushing stats ... 60+ yards on 30 carries :hihi: ... LSU was in 3rd and long ... Of course Randall didn't convert early and we got behind

LSU will be back ... with a vengeance

this post is a knee jerk reaction to something that will be looked at down the road as a complete abberation. LSU just got beat by a well prepared, focused, revenge minded team - the #3 team in the country by the way. when players don't execute and tackle, maybe its the players and not the coaches. to say this is poorly coached team is about as ignorant as one could be. this post will come back to haunt you and any credibility that you may or not had on this site. most people around here knew that this season would be tough and probably a springboard for a championship run in 2005. maybe you drank the cool aid. reality check for the irrational ones around here.

I won't say that Saban is a bad coach cause he is NOT, he is a great coach. BUT he showed a GREAT lack in judgement with all of the not picking a starting Quarterback and sticking with him.

It was just bad judgement nothing more nothing less, it happens to every coach in their career at least once. We will rebulid this season get refocused and finish the season strong.

The QB's didn't have alot to do with this loss.

There were other problems there as well.

Can anyone tell me what the strength of this team is now?
    I don't see any..................

We thought the D would be better but it aint.

I'll gladly argue with any defenders for the D today.

This team is nowhere near as good as anyone thought, end of story..

How many passes did randall even throw before Russell went in?? I think it was 3  :dis: ...and 2 of his drives were ended by fumbles....coincidentally none by randall himself......I personally think jamarcus should start....but RANDALL IS NOT HORRIBLE.....so lay off the guy. :dis:
