I'm actually quite pleased with a lot of the uproar that's been coming about nationwide the past week or so about that. I guess the Peach Bowl served as a stark reminder for a lot of people. That, and I also think the rest of the country is sick and tired of having USC crammed down their throats. I think the Sportscenter week-long homage to those homo's really put everybody over the top.
I'm just hoping that Texas wins tonight so instead of 3-peat talk, at best they can claim back-to-back, and really it's just 1 and a half.
SC has now ruined Auburn with all this claiming of this and that by holding a championship parade, making rings, etc...in the '03 season when LSU won the BCS. Auburn fans were already claiming to be the "Best of the SEC" this year, they made rings last year. Auburn won't stop, they will win an award every year now and it's all SC's fault. They created a monster.

I'm normally not a Longhorn fan, but I will be tonight. As Contained Chaos wrote I'm also sick of the media, particularly ESPN hyping USC to no end. Hook 'em Horns.
I noticed last night at halftime Pete did not have his usual "sh** eating grin" on his face. Did anybody else notice this?
glad a few people in the media are discrediting USC bid for a three-peat(trademark). LSU is finally getting some respect for 03
