I have noticed in some posts and in some newspaper articles that the new baseball stadium has been delayed for about a year (money and timing) and that will delay building an indoor pitching and hitting practice facility. I’ve looked on the net in the local newspapers and on other boards, but find no discussion of why they can’t go ahead with the indoor facility now, even though the stadium will be delayed. This would be good for team development and for recruiting. Has there been much discussion or news about the situation on Baton Rouge TV or radio? Also, those of us who live out of Louisiana don't hear much, if anything, about Tiger Baseball on TV or radio. Aside from the newspaper web sites and LSU Sports.net, any news or views that anyone can share with us out of towners would be welcome. ldskule: :tigbas:
