1. The winner of the tOSU/Mich game goes to the MNC not the Rose
2. USC drops one to either ND or Cal and wins the PAC-10 but misses out on the MNC and goes to the Rose
3. LSU wins out and gets an at-large bid to the Rose since the Big-10 champ is unavailable.
