or should I say "Meet and drink". I wish we could have a get together somewhere centrally located (ie. Ba das outiside Opelousas or somewhere). I noticed this practice on another forum. Or maybe plan it in conjunction with a game next year. I'd love to meet some of you wild asses. :thumb:

me and the roomies are hosting our annual..finals sucks/christmas/no more school/still-not-financially-independent/bash to get trashed party saturday if any of you old guys wanna stop on by to relive your glory days.
I don't know if you have family in La. but if you ever do come in for a game I have a modest but comfortable guest house (That's where my big screen and surround sound is for football games)......you and your family are welcome. I'm about an hour and a half from the stadium. My wife says the furniture in there should be in the house. :rofl:

Wow....nothing like flying into the Alexandria wannabeinternational haircare, tire center and airport to get the blood flowing. Goes to tell you how much I got up north of Lafayette as a kid being from New Iberia...didnt even know alexandria had an airport. Plus the last time I was driving up 49 to N. LA, i got pulled over for doing 83mph. Ended up getting it reduced and all I had to do was get my friends mom who worked for a non-profit agency to sign off on some communilty service to get out of that ticket. Back on topic...I will be coming to T.S. next year in Sept. for the Va Tech game and the S. Carolina game. Will have a car full of opposing fans both times and none of the people coming with me have ever been to B.R. so they need to get the whole experience. So...I say make the shindig then.

One logical meeting time and place that's always discussed on this board is National Signing day in February for high school recruits. You guys should seriously consider that. I hear it's pretty cool to attend and you get to meet the coaches and I think possibly even a couple of the players (someone can confirm?).
