Hopefully Tyson Jacksopn and Darry Beckwith stay, but they both are projected to be first round picks right now. Chevis Jackson, Jonathan Zenon both will almost assuredly be draft choices, but proably not till later. Craig Stelz and Luke Sanders might be late picks as well. Will Arnold has had the eye of scouts for awhile now, but the guy can't stay healthy long enough to get drafted. I bet someone picks him up after the draft, though. If he can stay healthy, he'll be a 'Marques Colston-type' steal.

Flynn might make someone's roster, but I don't think he'll be drafted. He's got some ground to make up and maybe he'll close the gap in his workouts.

LSu is looking at potentially five guys in the first round with Dorsey, Highsmith, Doucet, Beckwith and (Tyson) Jackson. If Zenon rips off a good 40 time, he might squeak in there.

For the record, I did stay at a Holiday Inn last night... :)

Best chances at first round are

    Dorsey
    Doucet
    Chevis
    Tyson (junior)

Highsmith, Steltz, Zenon, and Hester will be first day picks. Beckwith falls in here also if he leaves.

Flynn will get a shot. Don't know if it will be as a 6th, 7th round pick or a FA though.

Arnold will not pass anyones physical, so he is probably out. It's a shame too, cause he had the skill to play.

Somewhat agree except I think Flynn will get drafter around the 6th round and possible higher. This draft does not have many big time QBs and will be considered a weak QB year. Currently Kiper hads Flynn as the #6 or 7 QB.

Not sure about Arnold that will depend mainly on his perfomance at the combine.

Arnold will not be invited to the combine. Unfortunately he will probably never play again. I hope I am wrong. He has plenty of ability, just got bit by the injury bug one to many times.

Dorsey & Doucet - Our guaranteed first rounders.

Highsmith is having a huge year, likely a first day pick.

    Flynn - second day pick.

Arnold - no where near healthy enough to get drafted.

With Steltz it all depends on his 40 time, but I see him as a 3rd/4th round pick.

Hester - my projection was as a 5th/6th round pick, but he got a lot of publicity in that Florida game - could jump as high as the later part of the 3rd round.

Zenon - a real question mark. Likely a second day pick.

    Chevis - first day pick.

I expect both Beckwith & T. Jackson to return for their senior year.

In my rarely humble opinion, Dorsey's our only 1st rounder, but Doucet and Highsmith go high in the 2nd, as does Tyson J. if he goes out. Chevis and Beckwith (if he goes) in the 3rd. Steltz in the 4th. Flynn and Hester in the 5th (Hester will get labelled "too slow, runs too high") Zenon in the 6th.

Doucet showed why he IS a first rounder and possibly the best receiver in the nation last game. Coming out of injury and making the plays he did was just amazing. I beleive Doucet is as skilled, if not more, as Bowe and Davis. Both who were first rounders in a VERY deep WR draft.

Highsmith is a bit undersized considering NFL LBs should be taller and much bigger. Highsmith is 225 pounds while some NFL LBs are 270 pounds, he's definately talented enough to go in the first round, but that will be the biggest knock on him.

I tend to beleive Steltz will be a 3rd rounder, he's getting a lot of publicity.

Chevis can get into the first round if he runs a 4.4, which I dont beleive he can. Zenon can go as low as you've mentioned since he's playing terribly this year (not taking a shot at him). He deserved a 2nd rounder title after last year but he has shockingly declined this year. The thing that can lift his status is his measurables. He has excellent size with excellent speed.

Tyson Jackson could've been a top 10 pick if he continued playing like last year, but he's almost invisible this year. And it doesnt help that teams are running away from him most of the time. I dont thik he goes pro this year.

Doucet is the top WR as of now and trust me the top 3 or 4 WR will be going in the 1st round.
