One of the finest things that happened last year was the Texas Tech sandaggys putting 70 on the corncobbers. They did it for so long to so many, was a fine thing to see it happen to them. I hope they lose every damned game. For the most part, however, I do like their fans.

Husker fans are terrific, according to my USM-loving brother (it's so funny watching someone go crazy over C-USA). I've always been a Tom Osborne fan.
I was until that Lawrence Phillips scandal (letting him play in the NC after sexual battery charges). My respect for him after that essentially vanished.
I have no sympathy for the Corncobbers. Like Goldengirlfan said they used to run it up on people for no reason. Tom Osborne is lucky he isnt coaching in the big 12 now. It was easy back in the day when all he had to prepare for was one game ( OU ). You see what has happenned since the conference expanded and Nebraska isnt able to recruit as well in Texas and other places. I was never a fan of his because he made himself out to be Mr. Squeaky Clean and his teams were always the dirtiest teams with cheapshots and hitting after the play was over and it never got called. I have never been a fan of Nebraska and probably never will . I am glad they are having their down years . It has taken them and their fans down a peg. Geaux Tigers
