I just read this on the Auburn forum. Hilarious. I'm surprised he didn't take credit for the onside kick too.
I love it. All we heard last year and during the offseason was how Miles took too many gambles and got lucky converting all those 4th downs. Now opposing fans are hoping that their coaches follow suit it the "balls to the wall" approach to football.
Playing to Win vs Playing not to Lose. I also find this hilarious, but for different reasons. Our fan base was saying the same thing about Miles/Fisher after our last trip to JH (the infamous non-PI game). Play calling was way to conservative and except on the last drive, we were playing not to lose instead of playing to win.
I also highly disagree with the media, (once again) in trying to label Miles as a riverboat gambler. Miles plays aggressive, calculated risk football. This style will cost us a few games over time but IMHO will win us a lot more games than "playing for the field goal" style football that I abhor.
