Tim Brando and Tony Barnhart are blasting Texas officials right now on CBS as Texas is leading the charge to keep TCU out of Big 12 with their
"we don't need anymore Texas schools". They nailed it when they said, Texas does not like the fact TCU is recruiting, winning,(remember TCU beat Texas, at Texas, 2 years ago in BB super regional) has a good coach, and is improving facilities for a school that just broke enrollment records with only 1700 freshmen. TCU's recruiting class for next year has taken a huge leap in the fact they are ranked AT ALL, and they have 6 or 7 of the top 100 recruits in the state. They also take MANY players that would LOVE to play for LSU but the Tigers can't take everyone. This is due to the Big East move, make it the Big 12 and things get even better.

Perhaps one day you will get to "see" something outside of LSU as a player parent/relative. I saw it firsthand as two of my son's teams made it to the top 10 of BCS standings. The "deal" TCU got from the SWC conf breakup has taken 2 decades to overcome. No one at TCU has ever had a beef about a 1 loss SEC team playing for a NC but they do have a point when a 4 loss team gets to play in a game for millions of dollars if a undefeated Boise or TCU type is left out.

Yes they did, and if you watched you know TCU won't be the only decent team that Baylor will beat. However they did come from 23 points down in the 4th quarter to a lead. RGriffin III led Baylor back down and kicked a FG at the end to win. TCU had 2, 41 yard missed FG's and an extra point.

Well I guess if you had your 15 month old grandson in 95 degrees you would have stayed? The game kicked off at 1300 as will almost all the games that normally would be at night but they moved kickoffs to accomodate massive construction that is going on.

BTW..............I have a scholarship I sponsor for LSU every year in my name, and you?????

They are in a transition period. Didn't realize that this luxury was reserved for the Oklahomas, Floridas and USCs of the universe.

Boise state should follow tcu's lead and get into the big east. Boise will not be taken seriously until they get into a stronger conference.

If the sec went to 16 teams, I would not be aginst tcu being in the sec. While I don't think that they can compete week in and week out in the sec now, they would be able to recruit better as an sec member. I would rather tcu than say Louisville.
