1. if you have Directv or Uverse and ATT wireless. Never thought I'd see that again.
  2. I never lost it.
  3. Read the fine print though. After 20 they'll slow it down. For a family with 2 or more kids, that's not unlimited imo. It's unlimited with strings attached.

I don't qualify cause we don't have direct, Uverse or ATT wireless.
  4. I know dude so it doesnt apply to you. You're too awesome for that shit.

22 gigs. I use about 10 so Im good. Plus my bill went down 20 bucks. Just a heads up for those unaware. They just started it back after laying it to me for quite some time.
  5. All carriers start the squeeze either at the end of the billing cycle or when the data is at about 90% usage.

  6. Yeah I was switching to Cricket but a friend of mine has it and when it reaches its cap, he can barely check the web much less play videos. They used to have 15 gigs but only offer 10 now. Its owned by ATT last I checked. A lot cheaper so probably worth it before this latest offer.
  7. Nah, I just spent the money to keep it when everyone else was switching plans to save a buck. I used my savings on ice to pay for it.

  8. On the AT&T website it says this

"After 22GB of data usage on a line in a bill cycle, for the remainder of the bill cycle AT&T may slow data speeds on that line during periods of network congestion"

So that's throttled only after 22GB on a single line and throttled only on that line if I read it correctly. So your line wouldn't be affected by your other family members use. Cox has gone to shit lately anyway and I was about to switch to U-verse. This just gives me another reason.

  10. I switched to U-verse almost a year ago because I was tired of the crappy Cox service. I had heard some nightmare stories about U-verse but so far, so good.
