    Investigation is complete. State Attorney's Office will be announcing their decision at 2pm tomorrow (Thursday 12/5/2013)

    They say they don't want a circus and then they call a press conference a day in advance to announce the findings? wtf? I suspect that means he's in the clear and they want to be able to defend their position when they announce it.
