Tennessee pitcher Monica Abbott tied the NCAA Division I career strikeout record at 2,265 and is poised to surpass the record this weekend. Abbott tied former Texas pitcher Cat Osterman with five strikeouts Sunday in a 3-2 loss at LSU.
