Jangy Addy of Tennessee had a 141-point lead over defending champion Jake Arnold of Arizona halfway through the decathlon Wednesday at the NCAA track and field championships. After five events on the opening day of the NCAA meet, the SEC champion Addy had 4,211 points to Arnold's 4,070. Joe Detmer of Wisconsin was third at 3,990. Link To Original Article
