USC has banned the sale of alcaholic beverages at home games om 2005 due to an increasing numer of incidents at games blamed on intoxicated fans. Wonder if they are naive enough to think such a ban will stop such incidents? :dis: :dis:
The NCAA's only rule is that it cannot be served a championship events sponsored by the NCAA. The SEC doesn't allow it at SEC on campus events. Every conference has their own rules.
A good example of this is in Lafayette at the ULL basketball game am almost positive they can sale alcohol at the games because the Cajun dome is not owned by the university, it is owned by the City of Lafayette. I know for a fact that they sale alcohol for concerts in there where as for the PMAC they cannot because the University owns it.
They need to ban alcohol during AP poll voting processes. That seems to be more of an urgent issues than a few bleach-blonde asshats smacking each other around.
