They are not to blame, on a day when many top seeds went down, we refused to give up! We had problems, but it wasn't the players...first game nervousness, but everyone who underperformed stepped up when it mattered and showed their heart.

Congrats to ASU as well for a hard fought game, both teams deserved a win, what a great show these two teams put on.

Damnit guys, show your support to the players and their parents who read this site or hear about it! We appreciate the effort they gave and the will they showed to never quit! You are champions!

Um well yes we are VERY Proud of the players. Defense needs some work probably not the players, probably the scheme. All things considered we did great to just win.

They sure played with the trait of a champion. Never quit.
I feel bad for the defence as they got eaten alive in the secondary. Poor coaching scheme?

I've never been so proud of my Tigers, especially Jamarcus Russell than I am right now. People here are underestimating how good ASU is. This is a top 15 team and we beat them in their house.

Props to ASU for the class they showed towards LSU this week. I hope they do have a chance to come to Baton Rouge for a game in the near future.

You are right. They know, I'm sure, that they did not play to their potential this evening, but indeed they did not give up.

Early dropped, what, about 999 passes this evening...but that TD grab was freaking awesome.

A win is a win is a win...but, wow, that was not fun or enjoyable at all. Ugh.

JR is starting to make me a believer in him. He played with a lot of poise. Hats off to him :thumb:

I am very proud of our players. They could have packed it in when Addai fumbled the ball when we were down 17-7. They sucked it in and played for 60 minutes. Other than our defensive scheme, I was somewhat happy with our offense and especially happy with the special teams. We didn't miss any extra points that could have cost us the game. You couldn't say anything more than our players never gave up. LSU fans can be proud of our players since they had one game postponed, dealt with a major Hurricane, dealt with all the distractions in BR, and had this game moved to Arizona.
