So do we see Tyrod Taylor on Saturday instead of Glennon?

I'm thinking if Glennon struggles early that we may see a QB swap or at least bring in Taylor for some special plays.

I don't think Beamer will let the game get too far out of hand before making a switch. The options with Taylor in there would give the LSU Def more to think about and may give a spark and open things up for them.

What do you think? I believe Glennon has his confidence shaken a bit and will struggle.

I'm not sure if this is the situation you want to put Taylor in. If Glennon is struggling it's probably because Dorsey is having his way with the OL. Plus Our LB's and DL's are fast and can defend the running QB. I would wait until next week to play Taylor. I mean if you aren't going to play him at home against ECU, why would you play him on the road in Death Valley.

A dual threat QB would throw our defense off because I assume we haven't been game planning for that. So it would be a very good strategy if he's capable of coming in & mixing it up, but he's a true freshman & I just don't see Beamer putting him in that situation unless Glennon is playing really terrible.

I believe it will have to pretty ugly for Taylor to come in. Because at that point, what do you have to lose if one QB has proven he can't get it done.

I think if he throws 2 picks and is getting sacked and the running game is stagnant in the 1st half and LSU is up by 21 then we may see him.

I'm curious how Glennon will handle the pressure considering the VTech O-line looked as bad as ours did. Hopefully our Oline improve the week.

We both have tough and fast defenses but the LSU offense is better and I think that will be the difference. The offense that makes the least mistakes.

Asked my source today that very question. They have been preparing for both. Glennon is still the main focus and still could throw us off a bit either way.
