He may not have started it or been the only one to use it, but the "women and minorities most affected" was a running gag with the late, great Rush Limbaugh.

remember, it was global news when a white teenager, after being insulted repeatedly by "black israelites", politely smiled at jerk indian guy banging drums right in his face. the kid represented all the badness of white privilege. but black kids murder and their race isnt even in the story.
There's also the story of the White Female drugged, raped and murdered in Miami while on Spring Break. MSM didn't report the race of the victim until after the fact when conservative media posted the pictures.
