Well the article said they found the picks on the employees laptop so odds are they were downloaded at home where there is no firewall. As for wasting tax money, even if this was don't on the job, how is it any different then being on this site all damn day? I'm sure there are a few government paid folks that do a lot of posting on here between 8-5.

I am talking about the bad rap the private sector, CEO's have gotten while Labor Union leaders, Politicians and other government employees do the same thing and gets away with it.
