1. A good offensive coordinator/qb coach, and should stay one if he wants remain employed at the D-I level. 2. If he is unhappy in Seattle, he'll find another NFL team willing to give him a a job. I don't really care to have someone in here just because he is burned out on the NFL. 1. I don't think WAC/Mountain West rejects cut it in the SEC. Defense + a strong running game still wins championships.
That's funny, Seattle just called in and they said they aren't happy with Holmgren. The guy has done a crappy job his entire time there.
