Re: We're playing some football in just 17 days I was reading on a UF forum last week. I read a few posts which said the game that worries them is on October 10. We finish unranked last year and are in the top ten now. The country knows what's up. Last year was a perfect storm for disaster. Miles made the tough choice and got rid of RP. He gambled with co-defensive coordinators. Then literally a storm made an impact on the beginning of the season. Back to business as usual this season. GEAUX TIGERS!

Re: We're playing some football in just 17 days I was just thinking about the RP situation and how one critical the recruitment of the quarterback is. Now how much RP would have affected last year we don't know. LSU still averaged more than 30 points a game ( I believe) and still lost 5. No way LSU should ever lose 5 games when scoring 30 points a game.
Re: We're playing some football in just 17 days Definitely was a combo of both sides of the lines of scrimmage. But if you count the pick 6s, LSU averaged a net of about 25 ppg. That's not satisfactory coming off a season averaging 40 ppg.

Re: We're playing some football in just 17 days in all honesty though, we are the game they are worrying about because of a lack of other suitable choices. the gators should win that game, but witnessing that game in 07 in TS first hand watching the gators get punched in the mouth after the USC announcement and then drive down the field and score i thought there'd be no way we would've won after that, but we did. i hope they stomp the eye again.
