How much will our kids have to give up to pay off the debt of the trillion dollar stimulas bill or the trillion dollar heathcare bill? And not just democrat spending. The trillion dollar Medicare prescription drug bill. How much will we have to pay to import oil over the next decade because envirowackos won't allow drilling here at home. There is a lot of blame to go around.

And gas is still over $3.50 a gallon because of unrest in the middle east. We drill and we use. We can and should drill more in fertile areas that remain untapped due to unreasonable environmental concerns. There are areas in the northern part of ANWR that could be drilled with no consequence to anything but rocks and dirt.
We have huge areas off the east and west coast that hold plenty of oil and gas that could be used now. Drill everywhere. I don't give a damn if you can see a platform from the statue of liberty or the golden gate bridge. The only places where there should be no drilling is in national parks like yellowstone. Drill everywhere else like yesterday. Drill like our lives depend on it because it does.
