What's a good place around campus to watch the game? I don't want to go very far and don't want it to be too crowded for the game.
Well, it would be lonely there for sure, just you and the beagle. I have a friend in the neighborhood with HDTV, a huge widescreen and who happens to barbeque for TV games. That's where we will be. In my part of town, the best place to watch a game is at Ivar's at the Perkins road overpass. Not far from campus. They have about 20 screens including a big projection screen and a new HDTV over the bar. The food is good, the draft beer is fresh, and the waiters are babes.
