What are the chances of getting tickets outside the game?

Do police enforce any type of scalping laws?

The prices are so high on eBay and through ticket brokers right now.

I was wandering if it would be better to wait and get tickets there.

Thats what I plan on doing, its either that or not go at all. So I figured I would take about $300 and hope to get lucky.

I am lucky that I have tickets already but there are about 6 more people in our group that dont have tickets.

So is there anything illegal with trying to buy tickets at more than they're worth, or just selling.

I never heard about anybody getting busted for buying - just selling over face value.

I would be shocked if anyone was selling tickets outside. Although I've never been to a bowl game so I really have no idea.

If there is a buck to be made, there will be tickets.
