just a post count thing... once you hit a certain number of posts you get another football... 500, 1000, 1500, 2000, 3000, 5000 something like that
I do not know, I am new to the board, but the only thing that I can think that is, maybe if you have told someone about the board and they joined on account of it.
A referral is when you referred someone to this site. Meaning, you were the one who told them about it. But for it to count, they have to put your little username in the box when they sign up. Kinda pointless in a way.
