During the 60s, the Shreveport-Bossier, NWLa area produced some fairly good HS football teams and some fine players. Bradshaw, Prather, and Ferguson at Woodlawn. Tony Papa and Dennis (?) Yerby at Jesuit. Freddie Haynes and company at Minden. Many others. Recently, a friend and I were discussing this era of Shreveport-Bossier HS football. Airline-BC had a pretty good team around 67-68 or so. They had a RB that was really good. We were trying to remember his name. Maybe Eric something or other..... anybody remember the guy I'm referring to ?

I have been raking by brain trying to remember him. I was young but a fan of Holy Cross in New Orleans. It was one of the first high schools game sI had ever watched on TV on the Public Broadcasting station in New Orleans, which was then Channel 8. I think he ran a kick back for a TD and had an all around good game.
