What's the best way to plan to get tickets for the Florida game next year?

My best friend and I want to go see the Florida game next season, He's a Florida fan so it'll be great for both of us.

What is the best way to plan to get tickets now? We are both in college so we can't swing hundreds per ticket, so want to plan it in advance.

Are you an LSU student? If so register to get a ticket for yourself. Find a friend not that interested in football, get them drunk, convince them to sell you their ticket, upgrade the ticket $25 for upgrade to allow non-students in.

If not, ebay.

 

no i don't go to LSU, if i did i probably wouldn't be asking this question.

So are my only real options are to call up friends who go to LSU or ebay?

That's going to be a tough ticket. If you lived in town I'd say just go down to the stadium and look around. I'm usually willing to sit by myself and I've always been able to find 1 ticket.

If I have to travel to a game or have someone going to the game with me who doesn't want to sit alone. I try and make sure I have tickets before game day. Getting tickets on ticket master is pretty much impossible. especially for games like this. Ebay is usually and unfortunately your best bet.

I'll get you two tickets in the student section... for a price.

It'll involve getting two students who weren't going to get tickets to get the $80 season tickets and then upgrading the Florida tickets to Gen Admission for $25. Apiece.

Just keep this in mind while you're looking. If you can't find anything in a few months (keeping in mind the longer you wait the more expensive it's going to become for normal tickets) look me up and I'll get you the hookup.

Anyways, that has to happen in July or August, I'm sure CParso knows the exact time.

EDIT: When I say "...for a price" I don't mean I'd charge. I'd hook you up as a fellow LSU fan. It's just that it'll cost close to $200.

 

Have you considered mugging someone as they walk out of the ticket office?
