....from players like EJ Kuale running thier mouths about giving Caddy 2 flat tires. That is very un-Saban like from previous years. The game is already big and needs no "motivational" quotes. I'm a little disappointed, and hope that Saban will rein in the loose lips. I like the past approach of being very BearBryant-like and talk up your opposition, tell how good they are, how we don't see how we can compete, and then DROP THE HAMMER AT THEIR HOUSE.
I don't mind alittle trash talk as long as it isn't in the form of personal attacks. I hope the LSU players have a chip on their shoulder going in to play a team that wants them RIGHT NOW since they are know who will be by far the better team down the line. With this week of uncertainty, let's finish it with a beatdown on the U. of Troy @ Auburn.
i couldn't agree more, I don't like players and teams that trash talk and run their mouths. It reminds me too much of Usuck and University of Miami. This team has only won 2 games so far and shouldn't be trash talking. This sends the wrong type of message and is a red flag. :dis: I hope Saban puts a stop to all of this, I would rather win or lose with "class"
When you're a hoss like E.J. Kuale ... and you can back it up So what ... let 'em smack down on the "Cadillac" ... he won't run for more than 50 yards Saturday anyway ... And who said Saban didn't know about his remark ahead of time ... it doesn't take much to bait Tubberville ... let 'em order the running attack forward ... they're not going anywhere ... Tubby has been running his suck ... and LSU's coaches and players are juiced for this game http://www.2theadvocate.com/lsu/
If you want to talk trash at least wait until after the game. Trash talk is used to motivate opposing teams and the Tigers have used such talk as motivation themselves. There is nothing worse than talking a bunch of trash and then getting your butts kicked just ask Gawga. I much prefer to let the play on the field do the talking like last years team.
