I can be shut down and I've exchanged PM's with Brett on a few ways to handle it. It's just a few minors tweaks...have a little patience, please.
It's been bad on a couple of other forums that I frequent also. Image verification on signup seems to have stopped/slowed it on one.
Nah, it's still pretty awful. Fortunately some of the other mods here are very active and catch most of them quickly
Hi guys. Sorry about the spam-bots. I have image verificcation turned on but it's obviously not enough. I just turned on e-mail validations for new members and all new registrations must be manually approved. Hopefully that will stop a lot of this crap. Thanks to all of the moderators who have been keeping the forum clean of this garbage. It's because of the moderators that the forum keeps running smooth. You all can't see the amount of work they do for the forum but I can and if it wasn't for them this forum wouldn't be here. Thanks again guys. Thanks to Terry for the help. PS- How bout dem Tigahs!
