My sentiments exactly. The biggest difference I saw last night was not the amount of blitzes and such. What I saw was our DB's playing press coverage ALL NIGHT (as opposed to lining up 10 yards from the LOS), not just for one half. We didn't really disguise our blitzes too well, but we didn't have too. Next few weeks will be a different story.
You'd be wrong then, in the 2nd half of the UT game we played press coverage just as much(actually a few % pts more) than in the 1st half...it's just a fact that can be verified by watching the game again and counting if you wanted to know for sure. We did play closer press coverage more in the Vandy game than UT though, but the blitzes were less vs. Vandy.
