    He finished up the year better than he started it...never in question was his ability to win games, only whether his play makes games closer than they should be.

    You might want to check the early posts. Seems like there was a lot of calls for the pine and lots O questions about his ability to win games.

    nicely said....he had a couple of more head scratching plays tonite but Notre Dame being so bad made them irrelevant.

    I was a guy calling for his head... but his bonehead plays have reduced.. he still had a couple tonight, but Notre Dame's crappy pass D helped him out a bit...

    take it like men and admit you were so wrong even stevie wonder can see it.


    as i said, whoever takes BQ over JR will live to regret it and even you guys want to admit it. we're just overly critical of our own players, its human nature especially when the media reassures that assessment because JR is Daunte culpepper? gimme a break.

    time to come correct. jr is the real deal and makes no more worse plays than any other qb.

    I've said this before - JR is the best QB to come out of LSU and will be the 1st to succeed in the NFL. Scary that he hasn't even peak yet. I hope he goes to Detroit cuz they got more WRs...although Black and Silver would look good on him too - but Moss might not be there next year. What a season it's been - thanks JR - cya on Sunday.:sob: :cry:
