EU 27, this is my 4th year with these tickets. I was in the West Upper for 3 years before that and in the student section before that (front row behind the L).

North End Zone, Section 42. Best section in the $85 surcharge area. Aisle seats on the shortest row in the stadium (10 seats) and they're sideline seats, high on the 5-yard-line, not behind the posts. Been there 24 years and I ain't movin' for nobody.

LSU employees don't even have to pay the surcharge!

Red, I'll be sitting in your area for at least a few games this year (definitely for Oregon St). My dad's tickets are N42, Row M, Seats 20-21. Other than my 30 or so games as a student from 95-99, I've been in the N42 seats 80% of the time since '92. Great seats. Close enough to get a feel for the students but not so close that you have to watch for hurling projectiles. The band is also directly across from those seats so it feels like they're playing at you.

I was in those seats for the Georgia, Florida, & Auburn games last year. We were supposed to sit in those seats for the ULM game but helped out a friend by exchanging tickets at the Pastime since they needed an extra and we had one too many. The tickets we exchanged for were in the South endzone under the overhang. We never felt a raindrop the entire game. After seeing a guy get hit by a car (hard) at the Pastime before the game, the rest of the night had a surreal feel to it. The way the season played out with everything from the Boise St. game to the Sugarbowl weekend makes me feel like I'm still dreaming sometimes.

Is your dad the guy that chews a big unlit cigar the whole game?
