The past few years, where have all of these Arkansas fans been? Have we even had a single regular Arkansas fan post on the forum? Has any particular arky fan visited the forum every year? We're getting LOTS of disrespectful arky "fans" visiting the forum with the game drawing near.

Fortunately, I see that a couple have good arky fans participated in some of the threads and made good contributions to the discussions. Welcome to the forum to those fans. We hope y'all stick around well after the game.

Anxious for the game on Friday!

    I have a theory -

they are like feral Hogs in a sense, they travel in packs and you only see them when the setting is right - perfect conditions for them to thrive. Problem is, Feral hogs are not very smart, and usually when they do appear they are shot by hunters like me!

and when times get bad, they disappear back into the woods............

    truly a sad existence

What do you expect?...they just got electricity last week. :hihi:

I hope they enjoy their 15 minutes of fame because their world could coming crashing down on them really quick. If they defeat LSU and Florida, they may have an outside shot at the BCS or at least claim a title. (SEE: USC or Auburn)---BUT---if they lose to both LSU and Florida, people will say they barely defeated Vandy, barely defeated an average Alabama team in double OT, got destroyed by USC, and won a close game at South Carolina.

That leaves two quality wins...Auburn and Tennessee. We all know that Auburn has not been the same since LSU laid some serious hits on them. (Without the fixed officiating, Friday's game would determine the West.) The remaining wins for Arkansas were Utah State, Southeast Missouri State, Ole Miss, LA-Monroe, and Miss. State.

Arkansas could finish in the Top 3 or as low as 20-25 with consecutive losses to LSU, Florida, and a bowl game. Nutt could be a hero or goat within the next few weeks. Only time will tell. ;)

I guess Nutt is a goat! Three games = three losses. Reality has set in and things may actually get worse since the parents and former high school coach are trying to run the show.

Advice to the Hogs...don't count your chickens before they hatch. You had a good run. Now go take your place behind LSU and Auburn.

That is what they are saying over at the Notre Dame board that I am on. Saying how they are sick and tired about hearing the SEC is the toughest conference, and how bad they want Notre Dame to lay it on LSU.
