My opinions: Auburn - The first big road test... or is it really? Jason Campbell is learning yet another new playbook this year and so is the rest of his offensive teammates. With LSU's defensive system in place now for a fifth year, LSU's defensive players eat, sleep, and breathe it and excel at implementing it. Look for the defense to carry the team and watch for the offense to show great signs of maturing. LSU by a couple of touchdowns. Georgia - This year's "Ole Miss Game", a lot of hype, may very well be a close game, heisman trophy QB candidate, a fired up opposition home crowd, but in the end, more of the same pressure on David Greene nets the same result: an LSU win. Florida - LSU's offense looked downright terrible against Florida's defense last year. Consistently over the years, Florida has had LSU's (as well as many other teams) number. Sure the Spurrier years are long gone and the Zook years are the present but this is no team to overlook. By the time this game is played, LSU should be 2-0 on the road and confident. Hopefully they learned from last year. This is the game that concerns me most. Arkansas - There is really not a whole lot to say about this game. If LSU's season has rolled along and been successful, Arkansas has no chance. It the season has been lackluster then this game could be close. No real chance of the latter scenario happening though. LSU rolls the pigs and goes on to play for SEC Championship.
I voted for Florida even though I think Georgia will be the better team. LSU has to play the Gaytors the week after visiting Athens.
Yup ... you boys have it right ... Florida We'll be in Overdrive against Georgia ... will there be anything left We all remember the SWAMP STOMP (Advocate's headline) in Florida 2 years ago where we lost Matt Mauck ... but beat the shidd outta Florida I'd have said GA ... but schedule makes me say FLA this year.
I say UF also, looks like a few Auburnt snakes been over here voting for themselves. Don't lie caddy, did you vote in this poll?
Heck, out of fairness I put Arkansas on the poll as well. Wonder which piggy fans voted for them? :hihi:   :hihi:   :hihi:
