Not saying what order they should be ranked in the AP, coaches, harris, etc. and without regards to what there current records are, Who do you think would be the five toughest teams to beat in college football right now.

    I would rank them:

    1 Florida
    1 LSU (tie for first)
3 Oregan (best team out west)
    4 Oklahoma

5 I have no clue but maybe

5 USC ( have to be better than they've shown so far with all those 5 star players despite the piss poor coaching of Pete Carroll)

5 Ohio State (by default, don't know who else to put, but they are probably no better than mid pac SEC, Big 12, or Pac 10 teams)

Boston College is not even close to being in these rankings and don't see why the AP has them higher (or ohio state for that matter) than fellow undefeated teams Kansas and Arizona St.

Boston College and Arizona St are better than most think. They wont win the NC but they can put up some points.

I would out Ohio St. ahead of Florida. Their defense is lights out right now.

The 2 best teams in the NCAA right now are LSU and Oregon. OSU is not good... they play no one and their D is untested against real powers. Same for OU and BC. All of these guys will lose a game before the end. Then i'd have o say because the ability score and hold oppenents... UK, Florida, USC,.

Nope. I think Florida would win more times out of ten but right now I would put OSU ahead of Florida with their hurt QB.

This is literally the first time in a long time that I cannot answer this question. I have absolutely no idea who the best 5 teams are. I can tell you I do think LSU is in there though.

I have to respectfully disagree.. Best win they have is over a #23 (at the time) Purdue team. I think Ohio State is #1 soley for the fact of their name recognition and that nobody in their right mind has the "lesticles" to place BC @ #1.. yet.. (not that they are)

I'll be very suprised if they don't lose 1 or 2 of their next 4 games.

True, but they didn't lose 2 games either. And I was mainly responding to the question who are the best teams, not necessarily where they should be ranked.

I think Florida is a better team and would be undefeated with OSU's schedule. I just gave OSU the tiebreaker at this CURRENT time because of Tebow being banged up.

tOSU starts their season this weekend for all practical purposes, as does Boston College, USC, Oregon and Arizona State. It's the way the schedules fell.
Florida has two losses and perhaps more to come. This is a less than average defensive team. I'm not saying they can't play the game, but there is a reason they have two losses.
Oregon is the best option team in the country right now, so Florida wouldn't even win best offense, let alone best team.
I offer this opinion free of charge. Treat it accordingly.:yelwink2:
