1. It seems obvious that the offense was much more effective under Etling, but will Miles give him the start against Mississippi State?

  2. Logically it has to be Etling. But knowing Miles, it's anybody's guess...
  3. Hoping it'll be Etling. But if it's Etling with horrible play calling, it might as well be Harris

  4. This all looks too familiar doesn't it LMAO
  5. Yes. Yes it does. Nothing like a good LSU quarterback controversy. Feels like football season.
  6. Exactly. I don't think it really matters. The 2nd Q may have been an aberration, we've seen it before - two years ago when Brandon Harris electrified Tiger Stadium with about three good quarters and 7 straight TD drives. Etling was 0-6 with a pick and a fumble in the 2nd half. I don't say that to be critical of Etling, I say it to remind myself that we may have switched QBs but we didn't switch head coaches.

I hope Etling tears it up this week, or Harris too for that matter. But this offense remains a graveyard for QBs, so I'm not setting my expectations too high. Hopefully, I'll be surprised.

  7. I'm going with Harris. Miles is just that stubborn

  8. Harris!

Etling has more pocket presence and looks more mature. He is the one that would benefit from reps, he has it where it counts, between the ears. He will make mistakes but in the end looks more like the guy we should invest in.
