:LSU231: I feel really guilty about it, after all it was three OT performance, but it seems they could complete passes, and they had Duecet back in there.
I just feel that when they saw Hester out w/ his ankle sprain or whatever, that they should have made adjustments. Am I wrong on that? Why did they run it up the gut when they knew their Captain was on the sideline? They have so many weapons, so much heart, so many, many qualities and much talent to choose from, and then THE BIG NOTHING. When your destiny is in your own hands, you have to be daring, and do something over the top.

Was the team and staff just shell shocked, or weary? I've been going over that last play over and over, and I guess it's time to move on to Tide. But it just haunts me. I don't obsess over one play situations, except when they result in a loss, then it's important to learn from the mistake.

It just seemed to lack imagination, it wasn't worth going down to KY who has now lost to State.

On a footnote, I watched every play of the BC/VTech game, and we might move up to Number 2 after that pitiful performance by BC. I don't think they played like a national champion, but I am biased, I understand that. Go Penn, Go Everyone else who plays OH and BC!!

Hester said two of the 4 plays were called passes, but they audibled at the line based on the defense.
