Why doesn't anyone understand clock management?

    We called a timeout with 3:38 left on the clock with UCF forced to punt to us.

    Do you think we needed 3:38 to go down the field on that terrible defense?

    Why can't anybody get this right?

    As soon as I saw the timeout, I knew that was coming back to bite us.
