1. I thought I remember people saying that LSU fans go to Woodrow's to see the game in Houston. Anybody got info on the place? I looked it up on Yahoo Yellow Pages and could not find it.

I thought it was something like Chimney Rock and Richmond.
  2. Damn search on yahoo doesn't always work....once I listed all the "W's I found it.

If anyone on here is gonna be there, let me know.
  3. WOODROW'S

Corner of Chimney Rock and Richmond. Best place to watch a LSU game in Houston. The place will be packed with LSU fans. It is always very loud with a great many beers. Go and watch the TIGERS kick some Florida azz!

    GO TIGERS!!!!
  4. I was in Houston on business a couple of weeks ago and went to Woodrow's for some beverages one night. Cool place, obvious LSU backers. Nice scenery too!!
  5. Well I will head there directly from the Astros game....Astros game should be over by 3 and I should be able to make it to Woodrow's for no later than 3:30 or 4. I wanna catch the 2nd half of the USC game....any chance they have ESPN Gameplan?
  6. They have the gameplan so it should be on.

I will be at the Astros game also tomorrow, but not sure if I am going to Woodrows after. A buddy of mine (who is giving me the Astros ticket) is planning on having a party at his house for the LSU game.
  7. Hey, I'm going to the Astros game, then likely over to Woodrow's as well (may go home for a bit, then to Woodrow's).

Anyways, I recommend getting to Minute Maid early. The gates open 3 hours before first pitch, so I imagine the B.U.S. will be open by 8 am at the latest.

Check it out--rally towels (better than those damn Thunder Sticks):

PS-They have gameplan. The place should be just clearing out a bit by 3pm, as it is a big UT place (aren't they all around here, though)
  8. I had a pretty good time watching the Auburn game at Ben's Half Yard House in Dallas, anyone on this board frequent Bens?
  9. You guys mean the Braves game?
They have any of those rally tomahawks? :D
