Man, you saying this makes me think of the difference in a couple of tours in Iraq. Tour 1 we went in like mongols. Hit hard,fast and no mercy. Our commander actually used the phrase "keep your foot on their neck" Guess what, easy peasy. The next tour we were "kinder and gentler" and put folks in body bags or medevac daily. Someone has GOT to break this God awful coaching philosophy. The more I think about this game the more it pisses me off.
