  3. Participation Trophy for everyone!
  4. Simmons will leave after this season and he'll be a top 3 pick, but his game really isn't ready for those expectations. We've seen no indication of any outside shot, and he does not go hard to the basket. Every drive ends in a finesse type move instead of an attack on the rim. He'll get pushed all over the floor in the NBA.

  5. Anthony Davis had no offensive game and went first overall, and deservedly so. Simmons will develop his game on the next level. You know this because of his tireless work ethic. That's really the key aside from a desire to defend. He and AD both share an aggressive defensive mentality. That's huge. Normally you have to convince a star to play defense.

  6. Good question, and one I'm sure on the minds of many LSU fans. Probably a combination of both; however, I would think a player of that caliber would be more aggressive. He seems too nonchalant out there, and doesn't consistently take charge when you would expect him to. Not sure if this is JJ's system, or if Simmons is just too laid back out there. Frustrating.
  7. JJ is the basketball version of Curley Hallman.

Dale Brown is Nick Saban in comparison to Jones.

Trent Johnson. Nikki Caldwell. Johnny Jones.:mad:
