Perilloux's attitude would not have worked if Saban was still here

Nick would have put an end to that type of discussion right up front. In fact, I'm not sure RP would have come to LSU because just like the Patriots Nick's Tiger teams were all about the team. When was the last time you saw a Tiger player spouting off about "his" own talents? I can't remember if it ever happened.

RP need to shut his mouth and play football. LSU!

Coming from someone who obviously never uttered a wrong syllable during their teenage years, right?

BS - from what I understand, Perrilloux and Saban developed quite a relationship last year. Perrilloux appreciated Saban and Coach Saban was one of the only coaches in America who could call Ryan on a Saturday morning and discuss the game he played the night before, and Saban was also in a position to see him play more often than anyone else.

These threads are really starting to border on obsession. Do you know of any other QB's Coach Saban was recruiting? Perrilloux was going to be Nick Saban's biggest recruit in this class and he would have gone through the motions just like everyone else did.

I wish Perrilloux would do another interview about the way he interviews. He should call Matt Flynn and JaMarcus Russell live on WWL Radio and tell them to pack their bags because he's coming to town. At least then, all this fuss would be justified...

The man is confident... you can't fault that...

He believes he is the man RIGHT NOW...

I'm sure the beginning will be rough for him, but he won't quit... He will be LSU's next Heisman Candidate in 2-3 years

RP needs to shut his mouth because he will no longer be a man amongst boys.

The two respected each other a whole lot, but Ryan always wanted to play for a more offensive minded guy. That's why Miles sealed the deal for LSU

He has the talent to start right away, but his attitude is a real concern for me.
