I shared this on the radio and i know its not that bigga deal but i think its neat. This week, including today, i have seen these guys working out at Brusly High. I'm not usually star struck or anything, but seeing those guys in my school and knowing the 2 of them are probly first round picks was pretty sweet. We have had many former Tigers and area athletes at our place. Warrick Dunn, Trev Faulk, Norman Lejeune, Blue Gay, and then those guys. It's pretty awesome.

We have a coach here who is one hell of a trainer. His name is Reggie Williams. He gets a lot of these big names who want to train with him b/c he will push you to the limit and knows how to get the best out of people. He's also the line backer coach for the football team. I had to condition with him for basketball and it was hell. But he's a great man. His company is Trinity Training.
ya...basically we have a pretty good weightroom....It's not near that of a parkview or redemptorist, but as far as public schools go...its really nice...Coach Williams basically does his own thing. He's not a staff member so he just does his own thing with his guys after work. But, he also dedicates a lot of time to the programs and helps with all the athletes. Mostly for conditioning. Our girls powerlifting team is always at state. They won it all last year and a few years before then.
Do guys still go to New Orleans to train with Mackie Shilstone? Okay, I wasn't really wondering, just wanted to see the little football symbols appear beneath my screen name. :yelwink2:
